NyxSoul Hosting provides game server hosting, primarily for Minecraft: Java and Bedrock editions. By placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Acceptable Use Policy.
Plans are billed in advance on a monthly or quarterly cycle. Services renew automatically until cancelled from the control panel or by contacting support. Quarterly plans receive a standing discount versus monthly billing.
New customers may request a full refund within 72 hours of their first order. Renewals, dedicated IP fees and add-ons are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Servers may not be used to host, distribute or facilitate illegal content, malware, phishing, network abuse, or attacks against third parties. We reserve the right to suspend any service that endangers the platform or other customers.
We target 99.9% monthly network uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance announced in advance on our status page. Credits for verified downtime are issued on request.
NyxSoul is not liable for loss of data resulting from customer action. We provide daily off-site backups as a convenience; customers are encouraged to keep their own copies of important worlds.
